Allopathic Physician

You should make no commitments for employment in Nevada until you have completed the licensure process and received your Nevada medical license number.

The Board's Licensing Support Specialist, Florlinda C. Grabek (phone extension "239"), is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, to handle supervising and/or collaborating allopathic physician inquiries.
